1. General Terms
Purchases from EDINU are subject to the following return and refund policy terms. This policy applies to coffee(s) made through our online store and authorized retailers.
2. Can I return Coffee?
Coffee is perishable and a food product, so EDINU, LLC is unable to accept returns on whole bean even if unopened.
If there was an error with your order, please contact us at customersupport@edinucoffee.com within 7 days of your purchase. If you’re dissatisfied with your coffee, we can help with brewing tips or can work with you to identify something you might like.
3. Exchanges
Exchanges might be available but not guaranteed for items that arrive damaged, within 7 days of receipt. To request an exchange, please send detailed information and photos to support@edinucoffee.com. Exchanges are subject to availability of the replacement item.
4. Failed Deliveries
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer must be reported within 7 days of the delivery notification. Failed deliveries due to incorrect address or customer error are not eligible for replacement or refund. To report a failed delivery, please send detailed information to support@edinucoffee.com.
5. Damage and Defects
For coffee damaged in transit please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
6. Order Changes and Cancellations
Changes or cancellations are not permissible once an order is placed. Contact us immediately if an error is noticed but note that quick processing may limit our ability to attempt to modify the order.
7. Limitations of Liability
EDINU, LLC is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered.
- Shipping delays or failures due to incorrect address details.
- Damages from misuse or unauthorized use.
8. Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved through arbitration, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, held in San Francisco, California.
