When will my Coffee ship?
We process orders frequently to ensure your order is shipped out to you as quickly as possible. Once orders are placed and processed, we are no longer able to make changes (like cancellations or address updates) to the order. The shipping dates provided are estimates based on best efforts by the shipper and packages may arrive later due to logistical delays.
Do you have free shipping?
U.S.
For packages heading to addresses in the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii, we offer complimentary non-expedited shipping on online orders of $150 or more (before tax).
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Expedited shipping is currently not available.
Order Placement and Fulfillment
After order placement, we strive to fulfill your order within 1-3 business days after the order is packed and/or roasted.

After the order is passed along to the shipper our shipping partners estimate:

Standard shipping: estimated within 1-7 business days.
IMPORTANT: These timelines are estimates, and delivery speeds may vary.
At this time, we cannot influence the shipping speed once the order is placed.
Package Status
Tracking provided by the shipper will offer the most accurate and up-to-date information on the progress of any shipment.
Once shipped, we provide tracking for each package:
- Via the shipping confirmation email we send to the email address used for the order, for each package.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may arrive in multiple packages, as items may be shipped from different locations. Each package will have its own tracking number, provided as outlined above.
